Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Kana Conbini account and all associated data at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information
- Google account email address linked to your account
- Display name and profile information
- Authentication tokens
Game Progress & Data
- All learning progress (hiragana, katakana, vocabulary mastery)
- Game statistics (scores, streaks, achievements)
- Collection data (unlocked helpers, items, buffs)
- Game settings and preferences
Purchase History
- In-app purchase records stored on our servers
- Note: Purchase records on Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple/Google and are not affected by this deletion request
Analytics Data
- Usage analytics linked to your account
- Crash reports associated with your device
What Will NOT Be Deleted
- Purchase records maintained by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to request deletion of your account:

Option 2: Reset Local Progress
To clear your local game data from your device:
- Open Kana Conbini
- Go to Options (gear icon)
- Tap Reset Progress
- Confirm the reset
Note: This resets local data only. To delete your account and cloud-synced data from our servers, please use the email option above.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
During this period, your account may be deactivated but data may still exist in our backup systems. All data will be permanently removed from backups within 30 days.
Before You Delete
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deleted, your learning progress, achievements, and game data cannot be recovered. If you purchased premium content, you may need to restore purchases after creating a new account.
